Since joining Simmons in 1997, Tim has served as Vice President-Brand Management for both the Beautyrest and BackCare brands and created the BackCare Kids and LivingRight Adjustable brands. Under his leadership, BackCare grew more than 150 percent and became the 11th largest bedding brand in the United States. BackCare Kids and LivingRight have become the 2nd largest brands in each of their categories. In his current role, he manages 17 licensee partners, marketing the Simmons brands in 100 countries around the world.
