Paul’s extensive background in the athletic footwear industry began with positions at Melville Corporation and Converse, Inc. He joined New Balance in 1985 as running product manager and then moved to the position of diversification product manager responsible for all non-running lines. In his current role, he is responsible for synthesizing a comprehensive product marketing strategy that builds brand visibility, maintains the company’s integrity and unique position in the marketplace, and sends a consistent, global brand message.
