Chris Parsons

After graduating from Newcastle University in 1995, Chris began his career working for Bass plc., the U.K. drinks and leisure company. Following experiences in sales and domestic marketing, Chris took a role as global brand manager, where he was responsible for global expansion of Bass’ ale portfolio. Chris moved to the United States and joined Diageo plc in 1999, fulfilling a variety of brand management roles before taking responsibility for Diageo’s beer brands in 2002. Current brands in the portfolio include Harp, Red Stripe, Smithwick’s, and his favorite, Guinness.
